Why do men fall for the hot women?

Author: Vibhor Shergill (Brother of Sabhyata Shergill)

‘It’s a scientifically proven fact that men are driven by Beauty.’
During my B.Tech days, I was friends with several couples who were of different races. For instance, my best buddy James (American) was in a very serious relationship with an African lady whom he considered extremely pretty.

So my lovely Indian ladies, I would suggest you all to not be self conscious about your skin tone as men come in all shapes and sizes. What one may not find beautiful might be the ‘Kohinoor’ of the other, but what remains constant is our love for beauty, which again is very subjective and varies from man to man.

Now if you are interested in knowing why men are such big lovers of beauty, you may proceed to read further :)
One thing that has remained constant throughout all ages and all times is the serious doubts in the mind of women. A question that is here to stay until a man answers this question openly and boldly and that question is: Why do men fall for the hot women?

Today, I’ll take the opportunity to settle this matter once and for all.
Well, I would say we fall for the hot women because it’s in our very core of existence. It’s in our GENES.

Men are genetically designed to fall for the prettier one. The simple reason being- reproduction. We want our children to be confident, to find success in life, to mate with beautiful partners and a major part of your success in life depends upon how you look. And for the same reason women tend to prefer the men who are financially sound.

No matter how much we love to defy the fact that outside beauty doesn’t matter the hard truth is, IT DOES, it absolutely does. It does because we have to mate and since we have to mate, we have a biologically natural tendency to choose the partner with the strongest of genes so that our offspring get the best, the best of everything in the world.

Won’t you want to know this lady better, won’t you want to talk with her? Won’t you listen attentively when she speaks? Wouldn’t you admire her with all your being? I am sure you’ll do, you’ll do because she is beautiful.

THAT’S THE HARD TRUTH, THE WORLD IS DRAWN TOWARDS BEAUTY.

All the best for your dating life !

A Business man VS The Common man

Author: Vibhor Shergill (Brother of Sabhyata Shergill)
This morning, I was at a saloon for a haircut which was long due and as you all might be aware, those 15 minutes of the haircut are the most boring 15 minutes one could experience in life as you have nothing to do, you are tied at the neck with a towel like cloth so the hair don’t ruin your T-shirt or start to itch you.
So, anyway I was facing this turmoil and so I casually thought to start a conversation with the barber.

I“Kabse kar rahe ho ye kaam?” (Since how long have you been in this job)?
HeSir, 4 saal ho gaye. (It’s been 4 years)
I“4 saal, acha, aur kama kitna lete ho?” (4 years, okay, so how much do you earn)?
He“Kamayi to zyada nahi hai, mahine ka 10000 tak ban jata hai” (Not much, around Rs 10000 a month)
I“To 10000 me kharcha pani nikal jata hai mahine ka?” (So are you able to meet your expenses in Rs 10000)?
He“Dikkat hi hoti hai, jitna kamata hoon, kharch ho jata hai. Kal ke liye kuch nahi bachta” (Everything that I earn gets expended and thus I have no savings for tomorrow)
I“Haan 10000 me kahan ghar chalta hai aaj kal” (Yeah, it’s difficult to run home in Rs 10000 per month)
He“Ji sir” (Yes sir)
I“Aur tumhaare maalik, woh kitna kama lete hain kuch andaza hai?” (And what about your boss, how much does he earn, do you have any clue)?
He- “Woh to bohot kamate hain, mahine ka kam se kam 3.5 se 4 lac, bijli, kharcha nikaal ke” (The boss earns around 3.5 to 4 lacs per month after paying the bills and salaries)
I was stunned on hearing this. I asked him, how well read his boss is, to which he replies.
He- “Zyada to nahi pade huye, par zameen thi unki gaon me, usko bech ke 2 baal kaatne ki dukaan kholi hai.” (The boss is not well read, but he had land in a village which he sold and opened 2 barber shops with that money)
I“To doosri dukaan se bhi 3.5–4 lakh aur kama lete honge.” (So your boss might be earning 3.5- 4 lacs from the other barber shop as well.)
He- “Bilkul sir, udhar to zyada kamate hai, woh dukan Delhi me hai” (The boss earns even more from the other shop as that one is in Delhi, the capital city of India.)
My haircut was now done and so was this conversation I paid him his dues and left the shop with a lesson. A lesson that I would certainly incorporate in my life

The Lesson- Your degree won’t bring you riches, it would just bring you a job. What brings you riches is your presence of mind and the knowledge of how, where and in what to invest your existing money to bring you riches.

Those who have their reservations, I'll give you a very simple example to prove my point:

Few days back, my good friend Abhinav, called me to his home to show me a surprise which he had received on his birthday. I thought it would be cell phone, or a gaming laptop or a smart watch as he is a gadget freak, but I was wrong. TOTALLY WRONG.
When I reached his home, you have absolutely no clue of what I saw.
Check out what that gadget was:-

Do you know, who his father is? Yes you guessed it right, A Business man.
Do you know what he manufactures? No. He manufactures zips of pants. Yes, just zips has made him a millionaire.
So you see, how much disparity nature has created among the job employees vs the job providers.
Taking into consideration the above written conversation between me and the barber, I would suggest all, if you have savings of around Rs 3–4 lacs, consider investing your money into a business idea and then earning crores from it, though not necessarily of the same type as is mentioned here.

Now, having said that, I'd like you to decide for yourself, gentlemen, whether you want to lead a life of a common man or of a business man !!

The Plight of a Delivery Boy in India

Author: Vihor Shergill (Brother of Sabhyata Shergill)
We order our favorite products on these sites and then eagerly wait for the item to be packed, we constantly check if it is shipped and words would not do justice to the excitement we feel when we finally read the text “Your order is out for Delivery”.
Then later that day the doorbell rings and we know who it is so we leap out of our bed, leaving whatever we were doing to receive the delivery and without even looking at the face of the delivery boy we accept the package and set the delivery boy to his next destination without contemplating the hardships he had to undergo to get our order to us.
I know one boy, Vimal personally who works as a delivery boy at Flipkart. He told me his daily routine few days ago and I would like to take this opportunity to shed some light on it here.

Vimal wakes at 5:45 AM, eats his morning meal, uses the washroom and gets ready to leave for work by 7:00 AM. He takes a rickshaw to the Flipkart warehouse where he is given the details of the deliveries he has to make that day, which he says is usually MORE THAN 60. Yes, more than 60 a day !
He picks up a bike from the warehouse with the bag full of delivery packages (around 20 packages) on his back. He leaves at around 8 AM from the warehouse to the customer’s address and after delivering these 20 packages, he returns to the warehouse at around 12:30–1.
He again picks up the next lot of delivery packages and again leaves for the customer’s address at around 1:30 and after all the 20 deliveries he again returns to the warehouse to pick the next lot at around 5.
He, after having a small break of 20 minutes, again leaves to deliver the remaining packages at around 5:20 and this time he is in a hurry, as he has to complete the delivery by 7 PM, so he tries to minimize the travel time by driving at illegal speeds putting his life at risk :(
Then finally he returns home at around 8 PM. This amounts to a total of 13 hour work shift, and do you know how much he is paid for this, a MEAGRE Rs 15 per delivery. Just Rs 15. For this Rs 15 he puts his life at risk. Isn’t this pitiable? I believe it surely is.
The same is the plight of the Amazon delivery boys as well, they are paid on similar lines, as told by Vimal's friends who work with Amazon.
I feel really sorry for Vimal when I sometimes see him returning home at 8:30 after doing so much laborious work in the day.
I request Flipkart, if any Flipkart employee is reading this, to please increase the wages of the delivery boys and reduce their work hours. After all they too are humans, have family and parents at home who are concerned about them.
Now, some of you might say that he is making more than Rs 25000/- per month which is way higher than what most of the Fresher Engineers in India get, so if people like Vimal who are not having any degree are earning this amount, then where the plight is?
Here, I'd like to inform you that an engineer's starting salary might be less than Rs 25000 per month, but after 4-6 years of experience, an engineer will play in lakhs. Whereas Vimal will still earn not more than Rs 30000 per month due to logistics being a non-growing sector.
Also an engineer does a desk job in a confined and a safe environment and is given several perks and incentives, whereas a delivery boy's life is always at risk because he is on the road throughout the day with the heavy delivery bag on his back.
I strongly urge the customers to at least provide him with a glass of water when he delivers your orders for:- they too are human...
